This Privacy Policy describes how Martin Lédl ("we," "us," or "our") handles your data when you use our mobile application, Solitairy (the "App").

We believe in privacy by design. We have built Solitairy to be a premium, clean experience that does not track you, sell your data, or require you to create an account with us.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.

We have no backend servers and no user database. We do not require your email address, phone number, or name to play the game.

2. How Your Data is Stored (iCloud)

The App uses Apple iCloud and Core Data to save your game progress, statistics (such as win streaks and best times), and settings.

• Local Storage: Your game data is stored locally on your device.
• Cloud Sync: If you are signed into iCloud, your data is synced privately to your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit technology.
• Access: We (the developers) cannot access your iCloud data. It is encrypted by Apple and accessible only by you across your devices.

3. In-App Purchases

Our App offers virtual currency ("Coins") via In-App Purchases.

• Transactions: All financial transactions are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store.
• Financial Data: We never see or store your credit card number, billing address, or payment information.
• Purchase History: We verify your purchase receipt with Apple to deliver the coins to your game inventory. This history is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud container.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics or Mixpanel) or third-party advertising networks (like AdMob). We do not track your behavior across other apps or websites.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13. As we do not collect personal data from any user, this applies to children as well.

6. Your Data Rights

Since we do not hold your data, there is nothing for us to delete or export upon request. You maintain full control over your data:

• To Delete Data: You can delete the App from your device. To remove synced data, you can go to your iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage, and delete the data associated with Solitairy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
