This notice explains how I handle personal data connected with this website and how consumers can use alternative dispute resolution.

Website access
When you visit the site, the hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, the requested page, the date and time of the request, browser and device information, and diagnostic or security data. This is necessary for the legitimate interest of operating, securing, and troubleshooting the website. Logs are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes or to meet a legal obligation.
Enquiries
If you contact me by email or phone, I process the contact details and message you provide so I can respond, discuss a potential contract, and keep necessary business records. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, and the legitimate interest of keeping business correspondence. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are generally deleted within three years of the last communication; contractual and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law.
Recipients and transfers
Personal data may be processed by providers of hosting, email, and technical services, or disclosed to public authorities when required by law. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or another safeguard recognised by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

The public part of this website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not intentionally store cookies on your device. A consent banner is therefore not shown. If this changes, the notice and consent controls will be updated before non-essential cookies are used.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Contact me at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Alternative dispute resolution
If a consumer dispute arising from a contract for services cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the competent body:
